YardLink Eats

iOS & Android · Consumer discovery

A Caribbean restaurant discovery platform for New York. Hundreds of curated Jamaican and West Indian spots across the five boroughs and Long Island, with real photos, must try dishes pulled from reviews, and Errol, an AI food guide that knows the difference between a roti shop in Richmond Hill and a jerk spot in the Bronx.

Otonia

iOS & Android · Consumer wellbeing

A calm interactive world for stressful moments. A living Zen Garden, breathing and sound studios, a journal, a companion and twelve original mini games, all rendered on the GPU so the world stays smooth. It is a wellbeing product, not a medical one, and it says so plainly.

GuardLink

Web platform & mobile · Marketplace

A security workforce marketplace for New York City, Long Island and Westchester. Most job boards bury the details a guard actually needs. GuardLink puts pay, hours, shift and the exact licence required on the listing, then shows where to get the credential that is missing.

WedLink

iOS & Android · Event technology

Wedding invitations and RSVP without the friction. Couples build the event on their phone, every guest gets their own link with their name already on it, and nobody has to create an account to reply. The guest path speaks eight languages.

What we build

Three things, done properly.

Most studios list fifteen services and specialise in none of them. We build software, we build the intelligence behind it, and we build the front door your customers arrive at.

01

Product development

Mobile apps, web applications and platforms, taken from an idea to something people can use.

  • iOS and Android apps
  • Web applications and SaaS
  • Marketplaces and platforms
  • MVPs for founders
  • Internal business tools
02

AI & automation

Systems that answer customers, handle repetitive work and make your own information usable.

  • AI customer assistants
  • Business process automation
  • Lead capture and qualification
  • Knowledge and search systems
  • Voice and phone assistants
03

Web & digital

The website, the booking flow and the customer experience, built to actually convert.

  • Business and restaurant websites
  • Booking and inquiry experiences
  • Digital menus and catalogues
  • Customer portals
  • E commerce

AI for business

AI systems built around
the business you actually run.

AI should remove work, not create another dashboard nobody opens. We build systems grounded in your real business information: your hours, your menu, your policies, your services, your prices. Not a generic chatbot guessing at answers.

Customer assistants

Your staff should not answer the same question forty times a day. An assistant grounded in your verified business information can handle hours, locations, policies, menus, services, dietary questions and event inquiries, and hand over to a human the moment it matters.

Business automation

Information extraction, categorisation, summaries, request routing, document processing and reporting. The administrative work that quietly eats a day gets handled before anyone sits down to it.

Lead systems

Capture the inquiry, ask the qualifying questions, collect the requirements, summarise the conversation, route it to the right person and draft the follow up. What lands in your inbox is ready to act on.

Knowledge systems

Menus, catalogues, policies, procedures, training material and internal documents turned into something your team and your customers can actually search and use.

Voice and phone assistants

Common calls answered, after hours inquiries captured, appointment and reservation requests taken, calls routed. A capability we build, scoped to what your business can stand behind.

Specialisation

Built for hospitality.

Restaurants and hospitality businesses deal with nonstop customer questions, bookings, menus, events, reviews and leads. We build the systems that absorb the repetitive work so your team can focus on the guest in front of them.

Guest and customer assistants

Hours, location, menu, allergens, parking and private hire, answered from the information you have published and approved.

Booking and inquiry workflows

Catering, events and reservations captured with the date, headcount and requirements already attached.

Websites, menus and internal tools

Fast sites, searchable digital menus, feedback intelligence and the dashboards your team uses behind the counter.

Where we work

Built in New York.
Available beyond it.

The studio is in New York. The work is not limited to it. We build remotely with businesses, founders and organisations abroad, and we quote projects in a currency that makes sense for both sides.

Software does not stop at a state line. What a remote project actually needs is a clear scope, a shared calendar overlap and someone who answers. We have all three.

International projects are quoted on scope, complexity, market and delivery requirements, in a supported local currency where that is useful. Nothing is converted from a US price and handed over as final.

Who we build for

If it has customers, leads,
bookings or repetitive work.

Restaurants & food businesses

Websites, digital menus, customer assistants, catering and event inquiries, feedback intelligence.

Hotels & hospitality

Guest assistants, property and amenity information, inquiry triage, digital concierge experiences.

Founders & startups

An idea turned into a working product: scope, design, build, ship, then iterate on what real use shows.

Local & service businesses

Security firms, staffing, salons, contractors, logistics, churches and community organisations.

How we work

Four steps, no mystery.

01

Understand

We start with the business, not the technology. What is slow, what is repetitive, what is being lost.

02

Design

Scope, flows and interface. You see what you are getting before anything expensive is built.

03

Engineer

Built properly: tested, secured, documented, and structured so it can be changed later without breaking.

04

Ship & iterate

Deployed to the App Store, Google Play or the web, then improved based on what real use reveals.

The studio

Great ideas should not
stay ideas.

YardLink Studio is a New York technology studio. We turn concepts into working software: mobile apps, web products, AI systems, business automation and the internal tools businesses actually run on.

Everything in our Work section was designed, engineered and shipped in house. The native apps, the web platforms, the data pipelines and the assistants on top of them. That is the same way client projects get built.

Great ideas should not stay ideas

What are we building?

Tell us what you want to create, or what is slowing your business down. If you are not sure what you need yet, that is fine. We will help you figure out what should be built.
